What our team is like and where we are based

There are about 80 of us right now, ranging from our early 20s to 50s (with most people under 30).
We split into Business Central, Managed Services, and Cloud Services teams to keep things coordinated, but we’re not rigid about it. Our management structure is flexible and teams help each other out constantly.
When we’re not working from home or somewhere remote, we’re near Anděl in Prague 5. Our office is right at the Arbesovo náměstí tram stop, so it’s an easy commute.

How we work with newcomers and junior talent

We make sure new people get up to speed quickly and feel like part of the team from day one.
For software engineers, we know we work with tech that’s less common in the market but really innovative. Junior developers start by working closely with someone experienced on simpler tasks, then take on more complex work as they learn. Same goes for other roles. We’re big believers in learning by doing – you’ll learn on actual projects, not just in theory.

How we work and what we offer

We help each other out and keep things friendly. Everyone gets their own desk, laptop, and monitor. The vibe here is informal.

Learning and certifications

We’ll grow your skills through workshops, courses, and other resources – plus we share knowledge with each other all the time. We’ve got English lessons with native speakers, we arrange specialist training, and we’ll help you get certifications.

Remote work and hours

Once you’re settled in, you can work from home part time depending on your project. Hours are pretty flexible, just need to match up with what your project needs.
