What has changed with the introduction of Business Central?
“Everything is available online, much better organized than in the old Navision. We work extensively with SharePoint, and we replaced all adjacent technologies. We didn’t connect the legacy ones to the new BC.”
How did this change your work? In what ways is it different from before BC?
“There was no COVID and no inflation before BC implementation, so it’s hard to compare. Still, most processes have settled, we can focus on our core business, and reporting and work have accelerated significantly.”
How long did it take to fully roll out BC in your company, and what challenges did you face?
“Thanks to Artex’s professionalism and the accountability of their people, we were able to operate at 95% within just a few days. We reached a full 100% within two weeks, which is excellent. We fine tuned other technologies and processes for a few more months. After six months, including the expected innovations, we were operating at 100%. Then we began to focus intensively on further development and enhancements to make work even more efficient and faster, including data and reporting.”
